If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returns must be pre-approved by Light in Depot and accompanied by a copy of the RMA number which will be provided upon approval. All returns must be in the original packaging in as-new condition with the return shipping prepaid by the customer. Light In Depot reserves the right of 20% restocking fee on all returns including, but not limited to, unauthorized and/or unusual returns. Shipping costs are not refundable. Special Order items including fixtures are not eligible for return.
The following items or conditions are not returnable, but not limited to.
- Open and installed it.
- The fixture has been modified.
- Used condition.
- Damaged by installer.
- Scratched and Dent.

Shipping fee is non-refundable. and we are not responsible for return shipping fee. When your return item is shipped out, please send us your return tracking numbers, so we able to track the return shipment.
After we have received your return, the technician will inspect and process the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we have fully test the return item, the refund will be issued within 2-3 business days. 20% Restocking fee may be applied to all returns. the rights is reserved by Lightindepot.com. If the return item is not acceptable due to damaged during return shipping, The refund will not be issued. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will generate a RMA number. mail it back with your RMA numbers.
- Send it back to us with valid tracking number.
- We will email you once we get your return, and we will start to process the return.
- The refund process usually takes 3-5business days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
